Step 2: Design & Mockup

Our design team creates free digital mockups of your custom products with your logo, colours and branding. We revise until you are 100% satisfied — no charge for revisions.

Step 3: Request a Sample

Before placing a bulk order, request a physical sample. We ship samples worldwide — usually within 7–10 days. Inspect the quality, fit, and finish before committing to production.

Step 4: Approve & Pay Deposit

Once happy with the sample, confirm your order details and pay a 30–50% deposit by bank transfer, PayPal, or Western Union. We issue a proforma invoice for your records.

Step 5: Production & QC

Your order enters production at our factory in Sialkot. Production takes 15–25 days depending on quantity. We perform strict quality control checks and send you production photos before shipping.

Step 6: Ship & Deliver

Pay the balance and we ship via DHL, FedEx, or sea freight. We provide all export documents: commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin. Typical delivery: 5–7 days air, 25–35 days sea.

How long does production take?

Standard production time is 15–25 working days after design approval and deposit payment. Rush orders may be accommodated depending on current capacity — ask us when placing your enquiry.

Can I get free samples before ordering?

Yes. We offer free samples on selected products — you only pay the shipping cost. Custom samples with your logo are available for a small sample fee which is refunded on your bulk order. Sample delivery takes 7–10 days worldwide.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfer (T/T), PayPal, Western Union, MoneyGram, and Letter of Credit (L/C) for larger orders. A 30–50% deposit is required to start production with balance before shipment.

Do you provide export documentation?

Yes. Every shipment includes a commercial invoice, packing list, and certificate of origin. We can also arrange pre-shipment inspection certificates on request. All documents comply with international trade requirements.

Can I put my own brand/logo on the products?

Absolutely. We specialise in OEM and private label manufacturing. Your logo can be applied by embroidery, sublimation printing, screen printing, debossing, or woven label — depending on the product. We offer free design mockups before production starts.
