1. Who we are
Oxfit Sports (“Oxfit”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is a manufacturer and exporter of boxing, MMA, martial arts, and fitness equipment based at Nar-Gate Street, Jinah Park, Colony No. 2, Sialkot-51310, Punjab, Pakistan. 2. These Terms cover B2B wholesale orders
This site, https://oxfitsports.com, is intended for business-to-business buyers — gyms, retailers, distributors, federations, and brands placing orders at our minimum order quantity (MOQ) of 50 pieces per SKU or above. By submitting a quote request, accepting a quote, or placing a purchase order with us, you confirm that you are acting in the course of a trade, business, or profession and that you have authority to bind your organisation to these Terms.
3. Quotes, prices, and order confirmation
- Quotes issued by Oxfit are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated in writing.
- Prices are quoted in US Dollars or Euros and are exclusive of taxes, duties, and import charges payable in the destination country.
- An order is binding on Oxfit only after we issue a written Pro Forma Invoice (PFI) referencing the agreed SKUs, quantities, customisation specs, lead time, and delivery terms (Incoterms 2020).
- Tier-discount pricing applies in line with the bands published in each quote. Late changes to specs after PFI issuance may revise the unit price.
4. Payment terms
- Default terms: 30% T/T deposit on PFI acceptance, 70% balance before shipment release. Repeat buyers may negotiate Net 30 or LC at sight on a case-by-case basis.
- Bank fees on outgoing wires are payable by the buyer.
- Title to goods passes only after full payment is received in cleared funds.
5. Production, lead times, and samples
- Sample lead time: 7–14 days. Bulk lead time: typically 25–45 days from deposit, depending on quantity, customisation depth, and component availability.
- Sample fees are charged at the published rate and are deductible from the bulk order on confirmation.
- Lead times are good-faith estimates; we are not liable for delays caused by force majeure, raw-material disruption, customs holds, or carrier delays beyond our control.
6. Intellectual property and OEM / Private-label
- For OEM and private-label orders, the buyer warrants that any logos, artwork, brand marks, and product names supplied to Oxfit are owned or properly licensed by the buyer. The buyer indemnifies Oxfit against third-party IP claims arising from buyer-supplied artwork.
- Oxfit retains ownership of generic patterns, last designs, and manufacturing know-how. Stock product designs may be sold to other buyers.
- Oxfit will not knowingly counterfeit a third-party brand. We reserve the right to refuse any order requesting trademarks we cannot verify.
7. Quality, inspection, and acceptance
- All goods are inspected in-house before shipment to AQL 2.5 (Major) standard. Inspection reports are provided on request.
- The buyer may appoint a third-party inspector (SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek, etc.) at the buyer’s cost. Notice of inspection must be given at least 7 days before the planned ship date.
- The buyer must inspect goods on receipt and notify Oxfit of any visible damage or short-shipment within 7 working days. Hidden defects must be notified within 30 days.
8. Limited warranty
Oxfit warrants that goods will be free from material and workmanship defects under normal training use for 90 days from delivery. The warranty does not cover ordinary wear, misuse, modification, or damage from improper storage. Remedy for valid warranty claims is, at Oxfit’s option, repair, replacement, or credit. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oxfit’s liability is limited to the value of the affected SKU(s) on the original PFI.
9. Cancellation
Orders cancelled before production begins are refundable less a 5% processing fee. Orders cancelled after production begins are non-refundable but the buyer may take title to goods produced to date. Custom-branded goods cannot be cancelled once cutting begins.
10. Force majeure
Neither party is liable for delays or non-performance caused by events outside reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, war, civil unrest, port strikes, government action, or supplier failure. Affected delivery dates will be extended by the period of the disruption.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Sialkot, Punjab, Pakistan, unless the parties mutually agree to international arbitration under ICC rules.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your PFI is the version that governs your order.
