This Return Policy explains when bulk returns are accepted, the process for getting an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number, and the costs involved. It applies to all orders shipped from Oxfit Sports, Sialkot, Pakistan.
1. We are a B2B manufacturer, not a retail store
Most issues are resolved without returning physical goods to Pakistan, because international return shipping usually costs more than the goods themselves. See the Refund Policy for the standard path: photo evidence, claim review, replacement or credit. Returns to Sialkot are reserved for the cases below.
2. When a physical return is required
- The buyer specifically requests inspection of a defect that cannot be verified by photo alone (e.g. internal foam density, leather thickness measurement).
- An entire carton is wrongly labelled and the buyer wants the original carton replaced.
- A custom order has a documented engineering issue that requires returning a sample for re-tooling.
3. RMA process
- Email info@oxfitsports.com with: PFI number, SKU(s), quantity to return, reason, and photos. Subject line: “RMA request — PFI #…”.
- Within 24 hours we issue an RMA number, return address, and a packing-slip template. Do not ship to Sialkot before receiving an RMA number — unauthorised returns may be refused at the destination port.
- Pack the goods in their original carton if possible, mark the RMA number clearly on all six sides of each carton, and use a tracked courier (DHL / FedEx / UPS).
- Email the tracking number to info@oxfitsports.com the same day you ship.
- On receipt and inspection (typically 3–5 working days at our Sialkot warehouse), we issue replacement, credit, or refund per the agreed resolution.
4. Return shipping cost
- Defects confirmed by Oxfit on receipt — return shipping reimbursed in full (up to economy-courier rates).
- Defects not confirmed — buyer pays the return shipping; goods are held in our warehouse for 30 days for the buyer to arrange re-export, after which they are donated to local charities.
- Wrong-carton labelling errors caused by Oxfit — we cover the cost of returning incorrectly labelled cartons via DHL Express.
5. Restocking fee
Stock items returned in unopened cartons within 14 days of delivery, where the cause is not a manufacturing defect, are subject to a 15% restocking fee plus return shipping. Custom-printed and private-label goods are not subject to a restocking fee because they are not eligible for return at all (Section 6).
6. Non-returnable goods
- Custom-printed, custom-embroidered, or private-label goods produced to your specification.
- Goods that have been worn, washed, dyed, modified, or used.
- Goods more than 30 days past the original delivery date (except for warranty claims under our Limited Warranty in the Terms & Conditions).
- Mouth guards, protective groin guards, and any goods that are intimate-contact items.
7. Customs and duties on returns
The buyer is responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs charges arising from returning goods to Pakistan. Mark return shipments as “Returned merchandise — value for customs only” with reference to the original commercial invoice number to avoid double-duty charges. Oxfit will not pay duties on returned goods.
8. Damaged-in-transit returns
If goods are damaged on the return journey, the carrier’s insurance is the buyer’s responsibility, since the buyer chose and prepaid the return courier. Use a tracked, insured service.
9. After the return
Once the return is reconciled, the buyer receives a written confirmation by email with: RMA closure date, resolution chosen, and any credit-note number issued for use on future orders.
10. Contact
