Oxfit Sports ships wholesale orders worldwide from Sialkot, Pakistan. This Shipping Policy explains methods, lead times, costs, Incoterms, customs, and what to do if something goes wrong in transit.
1. Origin point
All goods ship from our factory at Nar-Gate Street, Jinah Park, Colony No. 2, Sialkot-51310, Punjab, Pakistan. Domestic transport to either Karachi (sea) or Lahore / Sialkot International (air) is included in our quoted shipping cost.

3. Incoterms 2020
We quote under any of the following Incoterms — please specify on the quote request:
- EXW — Sialkot (you arrange all transport)
- FOB — Karachi Port (most common for sea freight)
- CIF — your nearest seaport
- DAP — your warehouse (door delivery, duties unpaid)
- DDP — your warehouse (door delivery, duties paid by Oxfit) — available for select destinations only, requires a 5–10% duty buffer in the price
4. Lead time
- Sample lead time: 7–14 days from artwork sign-off.
- Bulk production lead time: 25–45 days from deposit, depending on quantity and customisation depth.
- Total door-to-door: Add the transit time from Section 2 to the production lead time. Express courier samples often arrive within 3 weeks of order; container shipments to Europe / North America typically arrive 8–12 weeks after deposit.
5. Packing standards
- Inner: each piece in a poly bag or polybag-mesh combo, with hangtag where appropriate.
- Master: 5-ply corrugated export carton, sealed with 50 mm BOPP tape, strapped for FCL.
- Marking: shipping marks per buyer’s request — typically PO number, carton number, gross/net weight, country of origin.
- Pallet: heat-treated wooden pallets (ISPM-15 stamp) supplied on request at additional cost.
6. Tracking
Once the carrier collects, we email the tracking number, master AWB / B/L number, and expected arrival date. For sea shipments we also send the SI (Shipping Instructions) confirmation and pre-alert with vessel and ETA.
7. Customs and duties
Unless DDP is agreed, the buyer is the importer of record and is responsible for:
- Import duties and taxes in the destination country.
- Customs clearance, broker fees, and any port handling.
- Any product-compliance requirements (CE, UKCA, FCC, BSCI, etc.) for the destination market — please confirm at quote stage.
8. Insurance
- Express courier shipments include the carrier’s standard liability cover (limited; we recommend declaring full value).
- Air and sea freight: marine cargo insurance available at 0.4% of CIF value, covered to “all risks ICC(A)” terms. Strongly recommended for sea freight.
- If you decline insurance, the risk passes to you per the agreed Incoterm and we cannot reimburse loss in transit.
9. Damage or loss in transit
Inspect cartons on arrival before signing the delivery note. If a carton is damaged, water-stained, or short-shipped, note “received damaged” on the carrier’s POD and photograph the carton. Notify Oxfit and the carrier within 7 working days. We will assist with the carrier insurance claim, but settlement is paid by the carrier under the relevant Incoterm.
10. Restricted countries
We do not ship to countries currently under UN, US OFAC, EU, or UK sanctions. We reserve the right to decline orders where we cannot lawfully export.
11. Shipping cost
Shipping is quoted per order based on weight, volumetric weight, destination, Incoterm, and carrier. We pass on actual carrier rates with no markup beyond a small handling fee (USD 30 per shipment) covering documentation, fumigation certificates, and origin-port handling.
